1. If your computer has sound capability, turn up the volume so you can hear the narration.
2. There are two ways to view the information in this course. The first way is to view the written information and screen shots on each page. The second way is to click on the word WATCH A QUICKTIME MOVIE EXAMPLE to view a movie that demonstrates the current topic.
3. Click on "continue" to proceed.
4. If you need assistance go to the help category.

Unable to see QuickTime movies

I cannot hear any sound

If you do not hear any sound, then increase the system volume. If your computer does not have a sound card or the proper hardware, you will not be able to hear the sound.

Unable to see text and movies simultaneously

Maximize your browser window so it fills your monitor from top to bottom and hide the toolbars. Set the resolution of your monitor to at least 1024 x 768 or higher. If you cannot set your monitor's resolution greater than 800 x 600 then you may not be able to see both the movie and all the text.
