Importing - "Error 1212: The format specified is invalid"

ISSUE:

Importing from WorldMail 2 gives the following error message when running the "MsImportExport.exe" file:

"Error: 1212(0x4bc) in function "CreateDomain(Mydomain.com)"
Error code 1212: The format of the specified domain name is invalid."

SOLUTION:

With a text editor, open the "targetfile.xml" file that has your exported WorldMail 2 data. Look for any upper-case letters in the domain names that you are importing into WorldMail 3 then change them to all lower-case letters. Close and save the changes to the "targetfile.xml" file, then run the "MsImportExport.exe" file command again.
