I installed Eudora 6.x or 7.x and I want my 5.x icons back

Issue:

I installed Eudora 6.x or 7.x and I want my old icons back. Can I use version 6.x or 7.x with the old Eudora icons? (Win)

Solution:

If you prefer to use the old icons follow these step by step instructions:

- Exit Eudora.

- Locate the Eudora directory which the eudora.exe file is stored. In this directory you will find a folder named "Extra Stuff".

- The Extra Stuff folder will have a file called EudoraOldIcons.epi.

- Move the EudoraOldIcons.epi file up one level into the Eudora folder (the same location as the eudora.exe file).

- Restart Eudora and you will now see the old icons.
