Unable to open Mailbox windows-W32BlasterWorm

W32.Blaster.Worm / Buffer Overrun Vulnerability

As of this writing, a new Windows Virus/Worm - W32.Blaster.Worm is causing problems for Eudora users on Windows NT/2000/XP. Symptoms include:

-Grayed out windows

-Inability to open mailboxes

-Inability to copy/cut/paste in Windows

-Inability to Find/Search in Windows

The W32.Blaster.Worm is not a Eudora issue. Eudora tech support cannot help you fix the virus - please be sure you download all Windows critical updates and contact your anti-virus software vendor for further technical support.
