10.0.0.0 IP range restrictions Document ID: 2339HQProblem: I added my 10.0.0.0 IP range to the Relay Restrictions and it is not working. Issue: WorldMail will not accept the 10.0.0.0 range. You need to switch your Internal IP range to either the 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 (172.16/12 prefix) or the 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 (192.168/16 prefix) which WorldMail will accept.
