How to HotSync with Outlook (Palm)

Use the following to configure Outlook to HotSync with Eudora on your Palm.

Outlook

To set up Outlook to HotSync with your Palm:

• From Internet Explorer (your browser), go to Tools: Internet Options: Programs.

• From the email menu, choose Outlook.

• Click OK to confirm your changes.

To set up your Palm for HotSync, from the Eudora application on your Palm:

• Tap Menu.

• Tap Options.

• Tap HotSync.

• Check Sync with Outlook.

• Tap OK to confirm your changes.

Or you can do this from your HotSync manager in the Eudora Mail Conduit.

1. Click on the HotSync icon in your System Tray.

2. Click Custom.

3. Click Eudora Mail.

4. Click Change, the Eudora Mail Configuration appears.

5. Click Sync with Outlook.

6. Click OK to confirm your changes.
