-ERR user not knownDocument ID: 2161HQ
Client users are getting "-ERR user not known" returned from EIMS.
This error indicates one of two problems.
The account is not in the primary domain, and the client has not been properly configured to check mail in a secondary domain. See "Configuring clients to work with multiple domains".
The client has not correctly specified the username. Check the capitalization and format of the pop account and/or username fields.
