Conversion failed error

Problem:

Mail is returned with the following error:

Action: Failed; Status: 5.6.5 (conversion

failed)

Solution:

Some email clients are configured by default to not use Quoted Printable

encoding when sending messages containing 8-bit characters. The solution

is to reconfigure the client to use Quoted Printable encoding for 8-bit

data. For Eudora (Light and Pro) go to Tools:Options:Sending Mail and

check May use Quoted Printable (For Mac Eudora 4.x, this settings is

under Special:Settings:Composing Mail -- for Mac Eudora 3.x it is under

Special:Settings:Sending Mail). For other clients, consult the

documentation for that product.
