Unable to Filter Messages: Server Busy Document ID: 1690HQIssue: When filtering mail, Eudora responds with a dialog: Server Busy: This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Click the appropriate button on the task bar to activate the busy program and correct the problem. The only available button is Retry (Cancel is grayed out and the upper-right corner's X does not work properly). Retry loops to the same message Solution: Eudora's speech filters are trying to speak a subject or name that contains upper-ascii characters and the Microsoft Text-to-Speech does not support upper-ascii characters such as accents or umlauts, etc. Once caught in the loop, you can CTRL-ALT-DEL and end task on Vcmd to kill the text-to-speech and go on with filtering your messages.
