HTML Source and Internet Explorer 5 (Windows)

ISSUE:

After updating Internet Explorer to IE5 (Windows), Eudora displays HTML source code for all messages viewed with Eudora 4.x.

SOLUTION:

This is an issue that occurred in versions of Eudora prior to 4.2. Download the Eudora updater to Eudora 4.3 and this will allow you to continue using the MS Viewer to see advanced HTML messages without seeing all your messages as HTML code.

If you cannot download 4.2 immediately, you can turn off the integration with Internet Explorer. Go to Tools: Options: Viewing Mail. Uncheck "Use Microsoft Viewer"
