I added a secondary domain and now my user can't check mail. Document ID: 1480HQWorldmail returns "Invalid user or domain syntax." WorldMail will allow you to have the same username in more than one domain. As a result, you need to specify which domain you are checking mail for when you set up the client. This is done by appending a % sign and the domain name to the username. For example, when setting up Eudora Pro 3.X or Eudora Light, the POP account would be: username%domain.name@pop.server.name In Eudora 4.X, the Login name would be: username%domain.name You can avoid using this for one of the domains by setting it as the default domain. Here's how:
After clicking OK, users in that domain will not be required to use the username%domain.name syntax to retrieve their mail. --- KEYWORDS: ALLCARDS, WM, INVALID, DOMAIN, MULTIPLE, SYNTAX, CHECK, MAIL
