Crash/quit unexpectedly on my PowerPC Document ID: 1248HQI have a 68K Macintosh that has been upgraded to a PPC. Why does the PureVoice application crash/quit unexpectedly/not work on my machine? Open the "Sound" control panel and select "Sound Out" in the pop-up at the top of the window. (If you have a "Monitors & Sound" control panel instead, open it and select the "Sound" button at the top.) Examine the values available in the "Rate" pop-up (called "Sound Output Quality" in Monitors & Sound). The list of values MUST contain at least one of 44.100 kHz, 22.050 kHz, or 11.025 kHz for the PureVoice application to function. -- KEYWORDS: ALLCARDS, PVOICE, CRASH, PPC, QUIT
