License Key Not working

If you are having difficulty entering the Serial number or Activation keys, try the following:

  1. Try typing it with the Caps Lock on

  2. If it is version 2.0 try omitting the 000- and just putting in E followed by the seven digit number (i.e. E1234567)

  3. All letters must be in CAPS and there are not any letters O or I -- they are the numbers 0 and 1
