Attachment Too Short

This applies to CTB - Serial Dial-Up connections ONLY (Eudora 3.x or earlier).

You must use version 1.5 or later of the Apple Modem Tool. Make sure the Apple Modem Tool Error Correction is set to "Required" and the Correction Type is set to "Software MNP."

The attachment may have been corrupted when it was sent. In this case, have the originator resend the attachment.
