Printing Problems (Mac Classic) Document ID: 1203HQISSUE: I can't print out of Eudora. It either doesn't work or doesn't look good. SOLUTION: Try the following steps- *Check your Print Font in Eudora. To do this, open the Special menu, choose the Settings option, scroll and select Fonts and Display. The Fonts and Display window is displayed. Set the font to a generic font like Courier. *Make sure you have enough RAM available, both in general and in Eudora itself. To raise the RAM available to Eudora, quit Eudora, highlight the Eudora application, go to File: Get Info: Memory: and increase the preferred memory. *Try re-installing the Print Drivers that came with your printer. Even if printing in other applications work fine, this can sometimes fix the problem. *Check the website of the printer manufacturer and see if they have new drivers or updated drivers. *Confirm that you can print graphics from your computer(in other programs, not in Eudora). If you have trouble printing graphics, that may be the problem because Eudora's footer is a graphic. Contact your printer vendor and ask about configuring your printer so that it can print graphics. -- KEYWORDS: ALLCARDS, EPMAC, PRINTING
