No charge or profit may be made for Eudora Light, other than as necessary to recoup costs of duplication, packaging and shipping, unless it is distributed on media that contains other software programs to which the profit or charge can be designated.

Non-Commercial: Includes any use, copying, downloading, promotion or distribution of Eudora Light for personal or family use or use by a business, educational institution or similar organization for its own internal communications purposes. This includes distribution to members of these organizations that work away from the main location, such as at home, a dormitory, a remote office, etc.
